UNDERSTANDING THE PROCESS!

In recent times, a lot has been happening leaving most people in a state of fear and panic but one awesome thing that baffles me is how amidst all the happenings, we still go about our day to day activities because I mean, we have to survive regardless.

We all don’t know how strong we are most of the time. What about getting to know yourself and your innermost self more. To accomplish the above, I have a few steps that I know would work.

  1. Challenge yourself to do those things you thought you could NEVER do and get to know your strengths and weaknesses. A human does not possess a single strength and weakness. We have so many in us and we alone also have the ability and power to manage each and every one of them.
  2. Challenge yourself to try new stuff. If you’re someone that doesn’t like meeting people, part of the new thing you can try out is meeting people (Remember Social distancing, you can meet and connect with people online). Personally, I didn’t like meeting people or leaving my comfort zone until recently and believe me when I say it has helped me grow. That feeling of having a few people you can beckon on when you need answers to some questions and you in return are able to help people answer their burning questions.
  3. Have a life vision and mission. This is very important in the process of getting to know yourself because it gives you the opportunity to get to know what you really want, how to get what you want, how to strategize and above all, how to allow your spirit, soul and body come to a consensus.
  4. Take out time to understand your believe and ethics. In the world, we have different representatives of God on earth which are our religious leaders, preachers, etc. Let’s not forget that they teach us what they read and understood from their personal studies. In the quest of wanting to know and understand your creator more, let’s not forget that ignorance is no defense. Try to read for yourself and pray for the grace to understand. Don’t just be fine with what you are told.

Everyone has the grace and opportunity to know whatever they want to know if only we give ourselves the chance to learn, ask questions, read, recognize and make good use of opportunities when they come our way.
